WEll I'm glad I could help sobering you upt. Whiskey/scotch is nasty to me. At least what I've tried so far. I can't stand the smokey taste.

Damn you delicious western microbrews. Adapting back to beer back home is gonna be a bitch after Drinking Snake River and Big Sky stuff all summer. Not stoked at all.

However, if you're asking if someone likes to drink straight whiskey/scotch. Then I can happily say I enjoy both. Two favorites are Crown Royal and Glenfarlcas. ...on a side note, I've never understood the concept of drunk typing. I'm half in the bag after roughly 8 7&7s and I have no issue with completing full sentences when typing...I really don't know what more to say.

Oh, not at all. I just usually gravitate to a bourbon or a scotch more than anything else.

A pitcher is one of God's base units of measurement. Like the cubit.

So last night I remembered this thread when I was drunk.
I was just too drunk to get off the couch and sit at the computer (literally about 2 feet away from each other) to post. Being as broke as I have been, I've broken down and started drinking shitty, shitty malt liquor. The kind that comes in a 24 oz. can and only costs $1.14 per. So embarrassing. :|

I pub crawled. And I am stone cold fucking sober. Perhaps I would have been less irritated by the rampant stupidity (just because you are dressed as a zombie does not make you immune to little things like death, in the case you are hit by a car) were I utterly trashed. But see also "broke"... also way too damn cold to be bar hopping at a shambling pace (I didn't dress).

o.O No. It was below freezing last night. What I meant was; I wasn't all white face and gratuitous amounts of fake blood. I was standard in my floor length black skirts, black top, black sweater and black jacket. My buddy was dressed as a zombie hunter in some wickedly festive urban camo, matching tee, black leather motorcycle jacket and gunbelt.

I wonder how many people you see on the street every day are heartbroken about something.

Tonight I'm starting off with a six-pack of Sierra Nevada's "Torpedo Extreme IPA", and then finishing the night with a 4-pack of Boddington's Pub Ale.
I'd never had either. The Torpedo is... okay. I'm generally a fan of IPAs, but this one has something lingering in the aftertaste. An almost... bad chemical taste, if that makes any sense. Looking forward to trying the Boddingtons, though. Also looking forward to being really drunk. EDIT: Just cracked open a can of this Boddingtons - definitely dig it. It's a nice ale to drink as a breather from the harshness of this IPA.

Two 40's of Olde English for me tonight. The "e" makes it classy somehow.

Awwwwwwwww snap! Pseudo's on that OE behavior!
After my usual Friday ritual of pizza and pitcher I can safely say that ex-girlfriends are certifiable.

Now that I'm drunk, I can say this.
Olde English doesn't make my life better. "Talking Classics" on Screw Attack is one of the best gimmicks ever. Keith is like the Borat of Game Journalism. I hate my life, but I've known that (sober) for a few months now. Uncharted 2 is good, but seriously - I've run into so many camera problems and difficulty anomalies that I CANNOT see how it's gotten a perfect score from anyone. AND I'M AN UNCHARTED FANBOY.

Just got home from a friend's birthday party. It was a ton of fun. Played beer pong for the first time. I suck, but part of that was because we were playing single column. I wasn't really listening to the rules, but we had three games going, with each player guarding a column of 6 cups. I kept throwing too far to the left. In my defense, I'd had a few already...
on a related note, I have it really bad for one of the girls in my choir... she was there at the party and unfortunately there was no real opportunity to make a move. We did kinda play footsie a bit, but i'm not sure if that was intentional or not on her part. I'm so confused...
