Even though it was announced a couple months ago, the XBLA/PSN title Vandal Hearts: Flames of Judgment popped out at me. I remember the PS1 original, but not in much detail. But it's one of those games the RPG-heads always told me I had to play. And I'll get that chance this September when it hits the digital download circuit.

I believe a few episodes of Retronauts ago, they warned people to ignore this one. I'll give it a listen again and see if I can figure out why you should stay away from it.

They said it was fairly mindless and far too easy, not a good sign for an SRPG. I'll wait for the demo for sure.

I think sometimes you have to be careful making decisions prior to release based on a journalist's impressions of a preview. I heard them bagging on it pretty heavily, but the blessing is, like with all XBLA stuff, just download the demo. As Gorvi said. Parish is a douche anyway .
