Damn, I knew there was a game missing from the Sony conference. I'm interested in this, very much.

I just saw the trailer, god damn. This one was always under my radar while Alan Wake was something I anticipated. To see AW as almost an Alone in the Dark title and Heavy Rain take the role of the psychological tale, things have developed in a rather interesting way for me.

I caught the tail end of a demo on G4 Television on this game. It looks cool, seems to be a lot like Shenmue without the minutia. They said it was coming out in 2010 at the end.

At the end of 2010? That sucks. I think this and God of War 3 are the games I'm looking forward to the most but both are in 2010.

I haven't been paying much attention to this game, but reading about the E3 presentations has me very interested. It might end up being a little too "choose your own adventure"-ish without enough interesting gameplay, but if they strike the right balance it could be a nice experiment. I enjoyed greatly most of Indigo Prophecy(Farenheit), until it went all pear-shaped and crazy. Realizing that the same people are working on this game has me excited. Reading that someone asked the creator if there will be crazy elements in Heavy Rain like there were in IP and having him say "No" makes me even more excited. I like that they're building a story that allows one or all of the main characters to die and still reach a satisfying conclusion. It will be refreshing to be able to play through and not be constantly saving, just letting my actions have consequences and replaying if I want to try to avoid mistakes. |

Yeah, you misread what I wrote. It is coming out in 2010, but not necessarily the END of 2010.
