anyone else playing Dead Frontier? Been addicted to it the last few days.

Meh, this is lame.

Character creation looks like it's stuck in the early '90s, the actual game isn't even an MMO.

After creating your account, it throws you into a hideout, when you exit that (so while you're already in the game) it asks you if you want to play multi or singleplayer. You get a prehistoric looking chat window and a series of 6 player lobbies and it throws you into something that resembles an early version of runescape. I'm in there for about 5 minutes now and I haven't seen a single zed.

This is a pretty sweet game, and I can feel myself getting addicted already.

I guess the feeling of addiction was followed quickly by boredom. Maybe I'll come back to the game once the beta is complete.
