Brutal Legend Coming to the Wii

According to Variety, the upcoming Brutal Legend will be making it's way to the Wii. However, Tim Schafer's Double Fine Studios is not working on it, with an unnamed outside dev house working on porting the game to Nintendo's console.

Ben Fritz further speculates that the Wii version, for which they only began work recently, won't launch at the same time as the PS3 & 360 versions of the game. This is in line with publisher EA's commitment to the Wii, and similar to how they handled the Dead Space franchise.

Yes, the trend is perfectly clear... the Wii gets the spoiled leftovers of games after they've been "processed" by the family dog (i.e. unamed outside dev houses).
