That's just it for me, though. Let them be and progress them in new ways or new media. Shit man, that Indy game on the Xbox was better than Skulls.

I'd be really nervous if they did anything new in the ways of an actual film for this or....dear god, Goonies.

Huh. I'm pretty sure they've all but confirmed both movies.

Ghostbusters III.

... and I found a bunch of links for Goonies 2 but they all seem to be speculative. I really hope that one doesn't come to light.

Wow, I'm so glad they really kept the humor of the originals. This is going to be so rad.

I really don't want to get hyped.

Too late. Damn. That is one of the most well done game trailers I've seen. Nostalgia helps of course, but still, they showed everything a trailer should show. Looks like it was all in-engine footage too.

Please, please, PLEASE don't screw up the gameplay. I really don't want this to be a story I need to fight through a bad game to see.

"It wasn't me this time, I swear it!"

I almost spit up cola. Hilarious!

This looks fantastic! I'm soooooo happy everyone is returning for this, especially Murray. I was a huge fan when I was a kid and admittedly, the original film is still one of my all time favorites. This is a huge treat. Also, seems like they turned to the animated series for some inspiration. Very fortunate this game was actually picked up and given a chance than what often results in a c&d order.

Yes, it's true ... this man has no dick.

I noticed him too, I think they captured all the likenesses pretty well.

Hmm, to be tempted by a video 6 months before release. It's foolish to be as excited about the game as I am.

To be honest, I really want to go and grab the DVDs tomorrow and rewatch them... it's been years

I met Dan Akroyd last winter at a signing, very nice guy, signed both of my Ghostbusters DVD's, and did personal little signatures on ll of our stuff, the best was the "I Have no Regrets!" he wrote on one of the girl's Crossroads DVD. I was actually amazed at how "In shape" he looked. He actually looked pretty lean.

Good stuff. Who's the fifth Ghostbuster in the middle of the group around 1:08?

Yeah, but how does it PLAY? What do you do? Honestly, I didn't see anything that made me want to pick up a controller, just a bowl of popcorn. I mean, if the gameplay is going to be all cinematic, are we gonna get another Alone in the Dark?

As long as it doesn't play worse than Too Human I can grunt through crappy game mechanics just for the story. God that trailer makes me so incredibly happy. They should have a "Movie Mode" in the game where you can watch the story unfold and skip passed monotonous battle scenes and grab that bowl of popcorn...

Yeah, the trailer proved to me that they've got good writing, great voice acting, and decent-but-not-mind-blowing graphics (and really, that's all I look for in graphics). I really hope it plays well and then sells well. I'm really excited for the possibility of certain properties having a life in media beyond the time when the actors have aged out of the roles.

And bustin' does not make me feel good. It makes me feel kinda funny, like when we had to climb the rope in gym class.

If there's something strange in your neighborhood... talk to your school counselor and tell a parent?
