- According to Epic Games' Tim Sweeney, the company's most profitable game ever - "in terms of man years invested versus revenue" - isn't Unreal or Gears of War, but Infinity Blade for the iOS.

- Polygon has a great longform look at Arkane Studios co-creative directors Harvey Smith and Raph Colantonio. Both men were drawn to the industry by the same games - Ultima Underworld and System Shock - before experiencing the ups and downs of the business.

- Local Justice, the first multiplayer DLC pack for Max Payne 3, will be released July 3 for the 360 & PS3 and July 17 for the PC. Since the DLC was promised for June, they're putting it on sale for launch week at a price of 480 MSP/$6. It will go back up to 640 MSP/$8 on July 10 on consoles, July 24 on PC.

The dude's pretty lean and dark hair is simple movie magic. You're gonna have to come up with real reasons.

I don't like him for this role because he's a jerk face smart ass in every role he has played.

Hey guys, guess what what sci-fi series wasn't that good (outside of the music).

Highlander ruined Highlander decades ago. Complaining about any one actor or a director for the reboot is like complaining that you didn't get a window seat for that flight that crashed.

The Highlander series was always better in concept than in execution. When Adrian Paul is the strongest lead your franchise has ever had, you know you're shooting blanks.

This is one franchise that could benefit greatly from a reboot.

Yep, this is one of those rare occasions where you can't really go wrong with a reboot.

All they need to do is keep the music, the swords, the name, and have someone say "There can be only one" at least once and boom...you have a 95% chance of making the best Highlander movie ever.

Sean Connery didn't play Conner, he played Ramirez. Know your Highlander, bro! Ramirez is hilarious though, and highlights how shoddy the original was: They have a Scottsman, playing an Egyptian, pretending to be a Spaniard, mentoring a Scottsman.

EDIT: Oh, and the Scottish bro he was mentoring? Yeah, played by an American-born French actor. WTF?

I mean, I love the original and The Series, but it's not exactly a masterpiece. It could certainly benefit from a good remake. The only problem is that Freddie Mercury is dead, and he's kind of crucial to the whole thing.

Paul seems leaner in my memory, and Lambert was most certainly leaner than Reynolds. So, neener neener.
