Audition package. Two monologues, and 16 bars of a song.

I'll be performing Oberon's cupid speech from Midsummer Night's Dream, one of Samwise' speeches from the Two Towers, and the second verse and chorus from Ellie Goulding's "The Writer."

Well good luck with that. I couldn't imagine getting in front of others to perform.

FFV, getting my life in order, looking for work, crying inside, saving money.

In that order.

$325 Steam bucks will buy a shit ton of games during the summer sale.

For me, I'll be playing more Diablo 3. I'm having more fun with my Demon Hunter character (level 14, normal) than I was with my monk character, which I completed the game with the first time.

Other than that, I'll be watching Euro2012 and battling a summer cold.

Saints Row: The Third - I finished all the activities earlier, and now I'm around 96% complete. I have a few more challenges and auto thefts left and most of the assassinations. Then I just need to replay the last mission and finally wipe out all of the gangs after I'm done using them to complete challenges.

I'm not sure what else I'll play this week. I still need to play Devil Survivor 2. I probably need to decide between Witcher 2 and Skyrim for consoles, but there are a lot of other possibilities too, so maybe I'll go for something else. I could also start working through the Kingdom Hearts games I still need to play before the next one comes out or start my Persona series marathon. Maybe I'll just try to find the shortest console games I have partially completed and try to finish a few of those.

Ronin, it's funny that you're playing through all the Halo games. After seeing the Halo 4 trailer, I was considering doing something similar. I bought the Halo 2 CE on release, but never really played it and didn't get any of the other games afterwards. I did rent Reach to play co-op with my brother though. I was thinking of going back to 2 to play co-op with him and then play 3 and ODST. Maybe I'll also throw in the 360 remake of the first and try to play all those this summer too.

No serious mishaps with the neck injections, by my neck and shoulders are sore.

To continue the conversation, I think Dragon's Dogma is the next Demons' Souls. It'll be one of those slow-burn games that will draw in new players even a couple years from now.

Had a good day of FFV. Doesn't feel like I took a break for months.

Didn't accomplish anything, but I found a mob that dies to Level 5 Death under Castle Bal that gives 4-8 points at the end of the battle. So I may have spent a few hours farming while watching TV.

When do the super powers kick in?

Four Arms?

Electronics Control?

Pain Immunity?

Probably six feet from a desktop anyway.

I finished Rayman Origins (except for a few achievements) and am nearly done with Skyward Sword, I think.

Progress!

I am envious of you having not played most of the series. We are enjoying the remake's graphics jump and the minor adjustments to the game play. But going into the rest of the games fresh? You sir are in for a treat! Go for it!

Today will be the last day of Cape Town sightseeing before my wife gets to work with all the pharmacy stuff. We'll be seeing Robben's Island, where Nelson Mandella was jailed (and, IIRC, has a scene in World War Z).

I have a feeling my PSP is going to be my go to gaming machine until the Vita gets here. I played a decent bit of P3P last night, I really missed that game. I think I may put that down though in favor of Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, simply because that's an entirely new experience. Man, I missed playing that little system. I will say, though, I'm so spoiled by my phone in terms of resolution, the screen size is the same (4.3") but where the PSP is 480x272, my phone is 960x540. Major resolution shock.

It does make me want to pick up Gungnir this week.....

Gaming first. I meant to finish off Mass Effect 3, but KoA was in the XBox, so that's what was played. Yep, still ridiculously power leveled. Maybe there shouldn't have been such a ridiculous amount of sidequests in the game. I'm about ready to cross the ocean, with the only quest left that isn't repeatable or a freaking crafting quest being what appears to be the finale of the Travellers questline.

Mrs. had to rush off last night. Her dad has been falling a lot over the last couple of days, and was complaining of his chest hurting. He was taken in for x-rays...and he had 5 broken ribs. The doctor's orders were to wake him up every two hours last night and make him cough. Guess who got that duty. Mrs., not her mom (understandable), not her sister who lives in the same town, instead of 25 miles away (Less understandable), and not just staying overnight in the hospital.

I know. I sound like a dick here, but why is it ALWAYS my wife who does things for her family, to the point that she ignores things that need to be done here? *grumbles mumbles dickery*

Playing more Diablo 3 and Prototype 2 this week. Almost done with the latter. A bit repetitive, just like the first, but it still allows me to be a badass superhero of vengeance, destroying whatever I please, and that's fine by me.

Otherwise, tomorrow may be Zoo Day with my nephew. Keeping fingers crossed we don't have too much rain and the animals hide in their dens.

I have TitS but haven't fired it up yet. I want to play my portables more but I just keep going back to either Dragon's Dogma on the 360 or Saints Row on the PC. Soon... sooooon...

That looks nice, but I know I won't get around to playing it any time soon.

Speaking of nice looking strategy games, is Jeanne D'Arc available to be downloaded onto the Vita directly yet? With my PS3 out of commission, I want to just be able to grab the file directly.

Sigh.
