They've clearly got the look and feel right, but they had the look and feel right for Jurassic Park, too, if you only watched trailers. The problem was they couldn't back it up with anything resembling a good game.

I want to be excited, but I think I'll keep my emotions in check until there's a game out there people are playing and reporting on.

Yeah, I just can't get excited about Telltale working on a licensed property that I'm a fan of. They're strictly "wait and see" for me.

Of all the properties that could have become a full-fledged zombie survival RPG/Adventure/Simulation game, this would probably be the most promising.

Granted, you don't really need a license to make that game, but it would help sell it.

The videos keep being pulled before I can see them!

I'd actually like someone to make a MMO type game for zombie survival (free to play) where it is hard core mode, so if you die, you have to restart, and the whole thing relies on just surviving.

This came out today, has anybody played it? Most of the reviews say this is nothing like Jurassic Park, and actually worthy of the Walking Dead name.

I'm scrimping right now, but I'll bite if this turns out to be good.

I was plently surprised by the reviews I've seen. However, I think I'm going to wait until the whole season is out to see how the choice-based gameplay measures up.

Reviews have indeed been fairly positive and with a fair amount of back and forth for the pros and cons. Much more interested in this than before.

I'm interested, though I wish they'd sell a single episode rather than requiring you to buy in for the whole season. Probably still won't stop me, though, since the general buzz is positive and it's certainly got potential to be something special.

Seems it depends on platform- PC is 5-episode pass, PS3 is 5-episode or per-episode, and 360 is per-episode only. Unless I'm mistaken.

I dug it. Very cool branching storyline, and I already like the characters better than those in the TV show. Deciding what to say and who to save is a bitch. In a good way.
