Android Market 10 Cent Sale

Right now Minecraft - Pocket Edition is 10 cents on the Android Market. It wasn't showing up that way from my phone, but if you go to the Android Market website you can buy it there.

EDIT: It looks like this is a sale across the Android Market, with 10 games on sale for 10 cents each. The games are:

Great Little War Game
SketchBook Mobile
Paper Camera
Sound Hound
Asphalt 6
Fieldrunners HD
SwiftKey
Minecraft
Endomondo Sports Tracker Pro
Color and Draw for Kids

I grabbed Great Little War Game (looks like Advance Wars), Asphalt 6 (not a bad little arcade racer), and Minecraft.

SwiftKey is kind of cool. You can have it look at your outgoing SMS, Gmail, and Facebook posts to figure out what words you usually put after other words.

I've been using swiftkey for a while now and sometimes it's scary how good it is with predictions. I do wish I'd waited instead of getting it for $4, though...

Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD is not compatible with my eee tablet. I'll bitch to gameloft about it.

There should stilll be a button "buy them all!"

edit: And I want to buy the app even if I can't play it!

It gave me a notification the other day that it had saved me 10,000 keystrokes, so I'd say it's definitely worth the full price. I just get annoyed seeing things go on sale after I buy them, but reading your post put things in perspective and now I just feel like a whiner, haha.

Also, Minecraft for $0. 10 is a ridiculous steal.

amazon had swiftkey for free a while back.
only thing I'm pissed about having to miss is the Minecraft...sonofabitch.

I got Great Little War Game and it's a blast. Looks great and plays kinda like Advanced Wars.

EDIT: Be wary, Minecraft Pocket is not very much like Minecraft proper. It's a shell of a game compared.

I have about half of the apps from Amazon's free app of the day, but I'd like to get the market versions for 10 cents instead, just in case Amazon flakes out on their appstore for some reason. Unfortunately most of them are recognized as installed since I have the amazon version. I tried uninstalling SoundHound, but that didn't seem to work, I probably need to delete any applicable folders too

Not super impressed with Swiftkey yet compared to Swype. Will see if the predictions get better though so I'll try it a little longer.

It updated to the new selections, I bought Fruit Ninja for 10 cents, then it was back to yesterdays selections.

I would suggest beautiful widgets, I like it. I picked up the star chart, I am an idiot when it comes to star gazing and now I can cheat!

I was thinking about Beautiful Widgets, can you turn that on or off in case you don't like it, or do you need to uninstall? Is the star chart any better than the free one Google offers?

BW, is just a bunch of widgets ranging from clocks to weather to toggles and a few more. I havent even used the star chart so idk.

EDIT: It does have a night mode, which is read so as not to ruin your night vision.
