ElektroDragon: True, but Diablo III hasn't been actively in development all that time - or at least, if it was, Blizzard certainly didn't talk about it, repeatedly say it's almost done, and release no other games for that entire duration.

Lots of games take a long time, but not a lot of games claim to be coming out every year while people go all the way from childhood to having children themselves.

I'll gladly be shelling out the cash for this when it finds it's way to stores. Whatever the dev cycle, whatever Broussard had to say, whatever the amount of money poured into the sink hole. It's Duke, its an amazing mash up of 80s action movies tropes and it will be worth playing to me.

Seriously, how many more personality lacking space marine clones do we need in games today? That or you're some smart mouthed, 3 day stubble, gravel voiced hipsters. Its truely sad that Duke still stands out as having real character in a sea of bland, cookie cutter tough guys for protagonists. I say bring on the ripped off one lines and blatant sexism. Flat tops all around!

Does Gearbox get to start over or are they being asked to just finish and cleanup somebody else's mess? DNF could end up being a fantastic game or it could end up being like Daikatana.

Hahaha, I forgot all about Kali. Me and a buddy would call each other long distance (portland or. to vancouver wa.) and play 1 on 1 for hours. I loved loading the elevator with pipe bombs and waiting for him to call it.
