CoG Feature: Crackdown 2 Review [360]
Today we present our review of Ruffian Games' Crackdown 2, out tomorrow exclusively on the Xbox 360.
![]() This is cliche, but if you loved the original Crackdown you'll love its sequel. The reverse is also true. Why is this? Well, Crackdown 2 stays very close to the chest established by the original game. You have the same map, same general gameplay and same concept at work here with a different story that starts a decade after the first game. This game is still good, you're just left wondering if maybe Ruffian could have stretched their arms a bit and done something a bit different outside of the excellent 4-player co-op drop-in/out gameplay. Feel free to read our Review and we will try to answer questions to the best of our ability. For a more co-op centric review of this game, please check out this link at sister site Co-Optimus. I am part of the overall review done by a number of the staff over there. I also want to thank Nick (bapenguin) for getting me access to the full game before release date so I could do this review here. |
