In Other News... May 17

-A new Modern Warfare 2 map pack has been announced. Offering 3 new maps and 2 remakes, Resurgence is expected to launch June 3 on XBL for $15.

-More DLC! Details of Splinter Cell: Conviction's first paid DLC have been made public. The Insurgency Pack, slated to contain 4 new deniable ops maps and more achievements, is dated May 27 at $10.

-Fire up the Vultures! The Starcraft 2 beta is coming to an end on May 31. Don't worry though, the full game is slated for July 27.

-The follow-up to last year's DS darling Scribblenauts has been announced. Super Scribblenauts will feature adjective support and is expected to launch this fall.

Doesn't that seem expensive for 3 new and 2 remakes? ... Is it on par with the last one or even more?

There bring it back online for a few weeks before the game comes out to do some more balancing and testing the changes they are making

I can't really get upset with map packs any more. People buy them, and I can't really be irritated everytime someone does something foolish. Otherwise I wouldn't have time for anything else.

Yes, but it takes more muscles to frown than to smile, which means frowning is better exercise. Ergo, you should go right ahead and be irritated, it's good for you!

I feel bad.

Firstly, that the SC2 beta is coming to an end, and secondly, that I've not had enough time to play it with all the awesome games out.
