The Humble Indie Bundle

Sometimes developers just do a good thing, take for example the folks behind the Humble Indie Bundle. They are offering five great games for whatever price you want. You have several payment options to choose from, you can split it evenly amongst the developers, Child's Play and the EFF or choose to give everything to the devs. You can even give all the money to the charities. Choices abound!

What games are available you ask? You get copies of Aquaria, World of Goo, Gish, Penumbra Overture, and Lugaru HD. This is a great deal and a great opportunity to help out some worthy charities. The promotion lasts until May 11th, so grab it while you can.

Thanks to LordDon for pointing this out for us.

This is a great idea! I gave $50 split evenly and then shared the link on Facebook. I hope this takes off so we end up seeing more things like it.

Unfortunately (well, not unfortunately - they're great games!) I already have Lugaru, Aquaria, and World of Goo, and I don't have much interest in Penumbra.

It's a fantastic deal, though, and I may do it just to get Gish & support Child's Play. The three games I do have, I highly recommend, so if you don't have them, feel good about getting them.

I also run Erratic Gamer, and sometimes write about games there. </Whore>

Dude, get Penumbra. It's well worth it.

This is fantastic! I already have every game in the pack except Lugaru. I highly recommend that those who don't own most (or any) of these pick this up.
