Fan Cover Art
Is anybody else dissapointed with the way the CE Cover Art looks?
I'm pretty anal about some things, and the cover art for my Fable 2 CE is driving me nuts. Firstly, and, mostly, the spine is upside down. Secondly, I just think the entire set up of it is ugly. So, anybody here see any fan cover art? I've never replaced a cover art before, but I feel it's going to be necessary to do it this time. Also, to those who have replaced cover art: Where do you get it printed at? I imagine there's a print shop in town I could find, seeing as I don't have good enough equipment, but are there any internet dealers that are relatively cheap? In addition to this, what are some good fan cover art sites? I might look into replacing other ones if I find one neat enough

Talking of which I bought a pre-owned Viva Pinata bundle (the one that comes with Forze 2) but with no Forza 2, I need a cover to replace the cover I currently have showing both games.

There's some fan-made covers here: http://www.thecoverproject.net
and here: http://www.cdcovers.cc/ Sometimes, just finding an alternate standard cover works out (e.g. the PAL version of the cover for Ico being far superior to the NTSC cover). As for printing, I've been lucky enough to always have access to a high-quality color laser printer wherever I've worked so far. I usually use my own heavyweight paper, however. |
