Zune Earphones

I've been enjoying my Zune for a while now, but the in-ear headphones that come with it are not so great. I'm not really referring to sound quality but more comfort. Jamming them in my ears is not only really uncomfortable but when removing them...well let's just say it can also be pretty gross.

I'd switch to a pair of normal ones, but I really like the nylon cord and the magnetized casings. Do they sell normal headphones like that anywhere else or am I stuck with the Zune ones?

If I'm stuck, I was thinking of putting some of the larger rubber mouldings on the phones so that it would hopefully not need to be placed into my ear as far in order to stay. (Though even with the small rubber mouldings on there now, they still aren't very secure in my ears)
