PAX 2010 East - Shirts

I suppose time to get this rolling. This is the 2nd PAX that Colony of Gamers will be represented and finally Immortal Machines is officially recognized by PAX as well. So! Who's up for designing some logos for the shirts?

Each group getting their own shirts or one shirt with both CoG and IM identification?

I believe "I heart civil" would work for both groups equally well.

Hey, I'm trying to problem solve here.

I'm going to leave it up to whomever comes up with something. I suppose worse comes to worse we could black perm-marker white shirts.

Doesn't 2 shirts split up the community thing and make the whole shirts thing unnecessary. I could see this work if we showed up with 50 people, but I doubt that there will be that many of us.

Who said anything about two shirts? I was talking about 1 shirt that has IM and CoG. As far as I know, there are currently no shirts for this PAX. There are many going that haven't gone to PAX West so I made this thread as an opportunity to make ourselves some PAX East shirts.

Here are the two current Immortal Machines graphics. One is our emblem and the other is the banner.

Emblem

Banner

PAX East (This was the highest resolution I could find)

I think you should still have the CoG high rez graphics from PAX 09. Thanks!

That pax east logo is giving me fits. I wonder who I can e-mail to ask for a high rez version?

Does it come with a yellow marker or can of paint? If so, I'm totally in.

I'm too lazy to make anything right now but my first thought would be that the front is just a big CoG logo with the IM 'gear' in the middle of it. Then on the back you have the Pax East logo

Any updates on the Ts? I'm mostly a lurker, but would still represent if the shirts became a reality.

I have a few designs but none of them I like well enough to share. Lemme try and grind out a rough that I like and I'll post something tonight/tomorrow.

It's not great but it's going for a distressed concert poster feel. I figured it would look decent on a dark read shirt but anything is subject to tweaking.

Firstly, the shirt concept is fucking awesome.

Secondly, these con shirt threads always make me feel incredibly left out. I think I'd sell my soul to be able to go with you guys. I'd even wear the shirt that civ designed.

It's a bit busy, if you ask me. Focus should be on CoG/IM first, the PAX logo second. Also, the dates seem really unnecessary. Lastly, it seems really disjointed color-wise, with all the logos and pictures all thrown together, fighting for attention.

Just my 0.02, though
