Spent the weekend at Otacon in Baltimore. So many 3DS systems!

Played Mario Kart with some real champs too!

NIce! I've still got a bunch to go. Getting the pink pieces is tricky since I don't tend to run into many people with 3DSes unless I'm at a big event.

Otacon was crazy. I would clear out 10 street passes, puzzles and Find Mii, and when I got back to the menu there were 10 more waiting for me. This happened all day for the entire con!

I think I got around 130 in one day at E3. That was the day I got Reggie's personal mii.

Nope. I'm heading back to India soon and considered replacing the 3DS with a Vita. I've got a number of 3DS carts though, really exceptional stuff. I'll probably get an XL instead.

So I was wondering about something when it comes to the 3DS and DLC/eShop purchases.

If I were to go out and get a 3DS XL, would I be able to transfer the games and DLC I have on my 3DS to it? I've got the ambassador games and songs for Theatrhythm and if that's tied to my 3DS, I'm never gonna give it up.

If I can't, then that would really suck and I'd never want to bother upgrading my 3DS... but I can't be sure that Nintendo wouldn't be so backwards in this regard as to not care.

I'm 99.999% sure you can, but that may or may not involve a call to customer service. I'm pretty sure they made it a point to say that you could a while back, though I have no clue what the process is. Google would be your friend for this question, I think. Or Nintendo's website.
