So rogue, What do you had him sign as? Nathan Fillion or Richard castle. He asked that same question on twitter, I don't reply to celebrity tweets, but I had to say "Mal Reynolds".

The event was just signing "Castle" stuff, but he signed it as Nathan Fillion. I completely blanked out when I actually got up there, so I instead said that he should have a cameo on Firefly, when I was fully intending to say Dollhouse. The PR people and Borders staff kept reiterating that he would only be signing Castle stuff, so some people did think that he would be signing as Castle. Never really heard if anyone got him to sign it that way, but he'll be at a local convention with the entire cast of Firefly next month, so I might just go there to get him to sign it as Castle.

And yeah, the show is quite fun to watch, and the fact that they were able to pull of "Strangers on a Train" without revealing that it was that story until near the end was pretty good.

EDIT: oh yeah, the creator/writer of the show was also there, and got a picture of me in line.

Congrats, that is very cool. I have never been to an event of like that before. Been to signings, but nothing of that magnitude. Very cool.

I love this show. The chemistry between the two is awesome...just enough sexual without being overt. I love it. And the fact they did strangers on a train WELL, impresses me. This show is on my must watch list every week.

Since I brought doom n gloom to this thread last week I feel obligated to share the good news, Castle ratings were up to a 3.0/7 11.46 compared to a 2.3/6 9.56 last week. Excellent news.

Not to rein on your parade, but...

Those numbers included Dancing w/ the Stars' overrun, and football that aired on some ABC stations. Its real ratings were near-indentical to week 1's (which still isn't bad, since they didn't drop).

I fell for the Rina thing too. I thought she was hot until the big reveal. Not sure why it should matter to me, it's not like she was my daughters baby sitter but for some reason it did.

I'm enjoying the show. Went through the first season over the past couple of days, streaming through the ps3. I was a bit worried about the girl, the first couple episodes. She just didn't seem to click for me, something was off. I don't know whether I needed to get used to her, her character, or maybe she just changed something or got more comfortable. Either way, I am hooked now
