I'd really like to get both Motorstorm: Arctic Edge and Dead Space Extraction, but my game buying funds are already tied up for the next month. On a related note, Demon's Souls next week!

Isn't Risen also for 360?
If not than nothing at all, if so and it does release this week then maybe that, if it's any good, the dev has a shoddy rep.

I think that was delayed until next year, at least I'm pretty sure I read/heard that somewhere.

Meh, nothing for me.
Release lists have been pretty void of anything I feel like picking up. October looks promising, but I still have weeks to go...

Valhalla Knights finally comes out? Most excellent! 'Online Co-Op Action RPG' sounds too good to be true, and you know what they say. Got a number of friends with which to give this a shot. Hope it turns out fun!

If you're interested in that, really, play the original first. A lot of Dead Space's story is dependant on not knowing what's going on exactly and slowly finding that out. With Extraction being a prequel it would ruin that expereince, which is a great one. DSE looks quite good, though, and it's got drop in drop out co-op.

DSE got a good review on IGN, but if I was a Wii gamer I'd be pissed if I was looking for a game like the awesome 360/PS3 version of Dead Space. On rails shooters are total cop-outs IMO.
But if you like the genre and the total lack of freedom/control that comes with it, DSE looks to please. |

Shit, Risen actually looks really good. I had seen the box art but heard nothing about the game. That can't be a good sign. But it looks like a game that I'd love. It's a PC-style RPG. If it gets good reviews I might have to get it on the 360...but maybe not right away. I have Dragon Age coming up.
There is one review on Metacritic from a french site. Got a good review but I can't read it.

You shut up. I can't afford that, and don't have time, yet I have the limited edition preordered. Need to split work between actual work, Persona PSP (played a bit, still haven't unlocked the velvet room), Professor Layton, and Demon's Souls. |

Risen looks great. It's pretty much a new Gothic 2.

I'm getting Bass Pro Shops: The Strike for 360. It comes with with that cool fishing controller and is made by Psyclone, who always make quality hardware, I've found.
Dead Space Extraction is tempting, but I can't justify full price for a Wii game.
