Monday...Again!! What DID you play?

Another Monday...another fun filled week at my internship, writing papers and a way to long drive to classes...hopefully what I played will keep me sane till Friday:

GHIII-I think I liked GHII better...but playing co-op career with Ms. Claus made up for it
Time Hollow- Just started but a really good point and click adventure...if you like these (think Hotel Dusk) it's a must. Thank you again Spigot
Lego Batman- Still lots of fun but to much coming out I rather play...goes back to GF
Silent Hill Homecoming: Nada...just never found the time...might have to put this on the backlog

Now i'm just hoping my copy of Dead Space comes from Gamefly...

I started playing Uncharted again, which is something I've been thinking of doing a long time now. And yes, it's still as awesome as it was the first time I played it. I wish there were more games like this. Hopefully the new Tomb Raider game will be good, but I really want more Drake!

Between work I've been trying to make my way through Fallout 2 again, the GOG.com version but unfortunately because of a bug I either start from the beginning again or stop playing. So I stopped playing. Not much gaming for me then.

I played a bit of Dungeon Siege 2, and some Company of Heroes. Mostly I lingered around being lazy on this fine long weekend, but I'm probably going to study all tomorrow.

Ah a Monday thread

Played Viva Pinata 2 a fair bit. Love it.

Also went at my first real play trough of Halo 3. (I know. Late to the party, but I never played any Halo game and didn't really feel the need to buy it fuillprice if I didn't know if I would really like it).

I think it was alright, the guys who did the surroundings and vistas should get a medal, The guys who thought that the flood was a good idea should be shot, most boring crap I played in a long while. Overall I enjoyed about half of it, but I don't really get the hype. Too inconsistent on many levels (vehicle handling, audio design needs work for example)

I love the TR franchise and am a fan of Drake too...but I think although they are similar they are different forms of the "adventure/go explore" type game. Although there is gunplay in the TR games, it's not anywhere near as important to the game/gameplay as in Drake. There are other differences but i've derailed the thread long enough . I just wish I could get more trophies on Drake but most are out of my skills/patience reach

Ooops...Hope I didn't do wrong . Last week I went looking for a Monday thread...my search didn't turn up anything. I thought I would just throw it up since I was up this to early a.m..

Well at least you played A Halo...I played a demo of Halo once...never looked back. Just not something I am into...

Edit: Ms. Claus is a VP 2 lover...she's looking for friends to exchange pinata's...i'll let her know there is another "gardener" on here

Dwarf Fortress! Ah man, it's good to finally have a somewhat decent PC that won't keel over at the first sign of a mathematical operation.

Rock Band II, as always here, with a smattering of Lost Odyssey (Finally on Disk 4. I might be able to finish it! And if it's still in anyone's Gamefly Queue, I'm sorry. My Bad.) and of all things Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup during football commercials. Roguelikes get me caught every now and then.

Yeah, the gameplay is different, but I was thinking more of the overall adventure feeling of both franchises.

No man, don't sweat it, I'm not territorial or whatever you call it.

I play VP2 a bit, but my girlfriends the real freak, she can go at it for days. I'll add you to my list night (if you want to off course), they can exchange whatever they want

I got in a good amount of both Disgaea 3 and Wild ARMs XF. I'm now about 30 hours into WAXF, almost at the end of the second act. Of four. Yeah, that's a damn long game. With Disgaea, I'm now at the beginning of Chapter 6. I swear, every time I play that game I'm reminded that I need to play it so much more. I need more time.

I singlehandedly carried some WAR matches with my amazing healing Zealot, and then played the moving and construct cheap furniture out of pvc games.

Got Alone In The Dark in from Gamefly. It's everything everyone says it is, great ideas hampered by frustrating gameplay.

Played some more Witcher, made it to chapter 5. I'm really trying to finish this one up and clear out my backlog in time for Fable 2.

Played a little of Warhammer Online (very little: only two scenarios).

I killed my 360 on Saturday... half way through White Wedding and *WONK* loud noise, squealing from the DVD drive, dashboard. Now the disc tray keeps ejecting on it's own.

Saturday was a terrible day, but the evening was loads worse. I feel like I need a vacation.

I played a fair bit of Crysis. So far I am enjoying it but either I'm not that good at it or it's a really long FPS because my game clock said something like 21 hours last I looked at it. So far it reminds me a lot of Halo 1 for some strange reason. I'm sort of considering picking up Warhead but I hear it has more of the stupid EA DRM BS.
