Yeah we had a party of 4, and alternated hosts as well but only one of my friends and I got the keys and tokens. Weird. My two other buddies were pissed at us.

So, anyone else on PC get the Hammerlock DLC? Having a hard time solo as a bloodshed zero on TVH. If I could get a partner or two, that'd be great... Also we could do the last boss in the Torgue DLC maybe? I'm level 46, kinda wanna hit 50 before I start fighting Terramorphous and the other instance bosses.

I have it, but I have had zero time to play it yet. From all accounts, it's the best DLC of the bunch. Which is good, because it's all been fairly underwhelming so far.

I'm not impressed so far, but my time to play it is extremely limited. I may not even have time to finish it. Hope it gets better as the DLC goes on.

I think the largest problem is that level 50 play just isn't fun anymore. Either the Bee is turned on and you shred enemies, or your Bee isn't charged and it becomes a drag. Finding new loot that's worthwhile just... simply doesn't happen. There's nothing good. And the raid bosses after Hyperius simply suck.

I've barely started it, but I like the big open spaces that I've seen so far. The starting area is surprisingly huge (vertically as well as horizontally, which really makes me wish that Buzzards or other flying vehicles were available to the player).

The general difficulty of the new enemies seems to vary massively. I've been able to take out most of the creatures quite easily so far, and haven't had a problem with various flavors of savage, but the witch doctors take for-freaking-ever to kill...

No interesting loot yet. The pirate DLC was a pleasant surprise in that regard - I found lots of good new gear fairly quickly, especially compared to the anemic drops in the main game - and I'm hoping that this follows suit.

I don't know why I was worried about not having time to finish it. The main story lasted me maybe 2 hours and there's not even that much in the way of sidequests. What a disappointment.

Some of the new seraph guns are pretty neat but like hell I'm going to grind out any of the stupid bosses to get them. (legitimately anyway)

Yeah, that orcz list worked for me. When I started playing again a month or so ago, I put all those in and got something like 60 codes all at once. Needless to say, I had plenty of purple gear for the rest of that playthrough.

My friend seems to believe we'll benefit more if we wait a little bit to start using the codes. I think we're currently 15 or 16, and we decided that we'd use a a few keys at level 20. Pretty excited to see what kind of cool shit I get.

Really digging the game so far. I've more or less fallen out of love with shooters and the like, which really prevented me from enjoying Bioshock Infinite. This game is shooter enough to be fun, but not shooter enough to annoy me. They did a really good job with setting up a lot of fun quests and building a really neat atmosphere.

I sold the first game to Purple Santa before I really got a chance to get into it, so if it goes on sale on Steam anytime soon, I'm going to pick it up and go through with the same friend. Really enjoyable. I hope there's a third!

Indeed, probably a good idea. Weapons you get are the same level you are, so thus, waiting a bit makes sense.

I'll be honest, compared to BL2, you're going to find Borderlands 1 really clunky and awkward. They applied a lot of polish to the sequel by making a lot of UI and gameplay improvements. If you can pick it up for super cheap, than sure, check out what they did before, just go in there with low expectations (and this is from someone who put a good 60+ hours into BL1).
