It's not a lot.

But it's our life.

I put positive, but it was more mildly positive, but also kind of disappointed. It was very linear, and while it had an interesting 'twist', I'm not sure it was handled all that well. I think Bioshock worked better because you felt isolated, they wanted Infinite to feel more alive, but it felt artificial as a result?

Now I sort of want to play Infinite again. I remember it putting a little bit of strain on my video card at the time. Would be interesting to try now that I've upgraded.

I put down insufferable because I'm tired and irritated today, but honestly, I liked the game.

But it didn't have the same magic as 1 or even 2 to me.

I liked it, but it was my least favorite of the 3 in the series. I just enjoyed the undersea world and creepiness of splicers more, and thought some of the "bad American!" was heavy handed. There's probably something thats my own fault that I didn't really understand the "infinite universes" stuff as well at the time as I do having come out of one of the talks at PAX East this year.

Bioshock 2 was derivative of the first, but IMO pretty under-rated.

I'll be honest I didn't finish it. Not because it sucked for what it was but after reading post mortums about the development and the forced redevelopment due to touching upon sensitive issues.

As much as I like the idea of freedom it's like for every freedom won there's another wall being put up by the same people.

I just feel I didn't get ken levine's true vision and after doing a great job with the first I don't see why the hell they wouldn't let him do what he was doing.
