Personally, I quite enjoyed it. It was nowhere near the train wreck that a lot of reviews pegged it as and in retrospect it's pretty much on par with the current Telltale style of games. It was right around that time when they were finding their own way to do episodic stuff and tell a story via their current framework as opposed to the traditional point & click games that many were used to (Sam & Max, Monkey Island, etc.).

It's definitely rough and nowhere near as refined in execution as the current TT games are, but I enjoyed it and thought it told a pretty decent JP story. You can really see where they were prototyping a lot of the things that would then go into the first season of TWD.

Yeah the jurassic park one was not horrible the problem i did notice was that some of the prompts would be covered by charachters and such and timing was off a little bit or i just suck at qte's and thats the reason i cannot get past the cooking show chapter of parapapaa the rapper hd

Oh i also finished walking dead: michonne
Going for some easy trophies right now so playing alot of the tell tale games

Mass Effect: Andromeda - Liked. The game was a hell of a lot longer than any other Mass Effect game. 60 hours and I finished with 86% game completion (did all companion quests and 100% viability on all planets.)

On to Persona 5.

That's a good thought. Though, I have romanced someone, we haven't had a family yet. I'm thinking that getting most of the achievements in this one is a good measure, but I am far off from most of them.

Ya, the difficulty spikes dramatically there. But compared to the first game? It's a cake walk.

The Silver Case (PS4) - I can't say it was my favorite game or even in my top 100 (1000?). I just didn't like the writing very much. Honestly, I wish I had spent the time on Persona 5 even if I did manage a rare (for me) platinum trophy. I was so close to getting the trophy I figured what the heck even if I had to look a couple of them up online.

+ Black Mesa - Loved it. Zen isn't finished yet, but that was the worst part of the original Half Life and the credits rolled so I feel satisfied.

I missed out on HL back in the day and could never replay it due to the graphics killing my eyes.

Black Mesa allowed me to do just that. Fun times

I started up Half-Life right after finishing Black Mesa and the game definitely falls more into the remake rather that remaster category. Black Mesa is definitely the way I would recommend playing it to people who never played the original, but I think it really shines for fans of the original.

Does it edit the levels much then?

I know it was missing Zen. I'd have loved to have played the original but I tried several times and couldn't get past the first hour of the game.

I find it really hard going back to games over 15 years old at this point.
