Anyone know of a good one?

Hello weekend people! What's that you say? The weekend's almost over? Yeah, I guess it is. We were on vacation the week before last at Disney World and had a BLAST! Wish I was there RIGHT NOW. Got an awesomely corny t-shirt at the Pirates of the Caribbean gift shop. I still check my watch and try to figure out what activity I should be doing. Now we are trying to get caught back up at home, unsuccessfully.

So I have been mainly playing word games, Tilt to Live and Super Hexagon on the iPad. I bought TWEWY on iPad as well on the vacation and only got to play a little. I love, love, love my one year old but I am looking forward to the day when I can spend five full minutes concentrating on something and not removing something that should not be eaten or getting him out of a situation where he is placing himself in imminent danger.

Also start hockey skating back up next weekend and am excited for that!

I AM the security team

Sigh. I have to head out for an afternoon work picnic thing that I'm only tangentially involved in but have to attend regardless. Grr. I hate being forced to socialize at work. I just want to lounge around all afternoon

The worst thing is that this begins 7 days straight of work. ARG!

Xydarc? The Steelers? Football? Us?

Spent the day with my parents. I asked my father to come down to help with some minor home improvements. This stuff is always easier with a second pair of hands. My dad usually is working on Sunday's but still has summer hours so I bribed him with homemade breakfast. I also showed him Sleeping Dogs since i've been texting him about the game since I started. I finally showed him the thugs i'm always beating up on.

Finally reached the plot in Sleeping Dogs where the Karak hits the fan. I mean you know something is going to happen since a particular event in a violent movie or video game means tragic events. I love this game.

I just kicked all of your asses on the PvsZ table. 108 million, biznatches!

Also, try watching Tree Of Life with a 5 year old. None of us have a clue what is going on but the commentary from her is awesome.

I saw your PM first. Gave some initial feedback.

I need to go look tomorrow with a clearer head but what you sent looked pretty polished.

But we, the internet, are full of negative feedback. All we want to do is share!

Also these scab refs are making the NFL magical. Your not sure if any play actually happened till after the fact.

Witcher 2 came into my possession, so now I've got two long RPGs that I'm working on concurrently. (I've pretty much given up on going back to Amular.) I meant to just check it out, but a game where the first words that your character says are, "Fuck you" has a certain, je ne sais quois.

Mr. Troll? I'm sorry about what happened to your woman. I like meat, too. Sure, I'll kill the people who killed her. But I'm keeping the head. If there comes a time where I have a house, or a base, or something, it's going on my wall.

And Persona 3? I now have Dog. I don't care what his name is. On my cheatsheet for strengths and weaknesses and whatnot that I've got beside me, his name is Dog. Yep, it's the Dog and Robot Show, guest starring Stupei.

I've spent all day playing Grand Prix Story on my Android phone.

Kairosoft for life.

Kairosoft needs to start translating their PC releases.

I've tried to play the original PC Game Dev Story, and it's clear there's some more going on there, but without a handle on the language it's beyond me.

I think I used the dog in my P3P play-through a lot more than when I played on my PS2. The robot too.

A lot of Sleeping Dogs last night. This might be the first game where the slo-mo gun play I will actually use. It certainly is more useful than it was in Max Payne 3.

In theory if you have a good enough PC, you could play P3FES or P4 (or even the older games) emulated.
