WeekDAY gaming (2.20.17)- What are YOU still playing?

Holiday Monday. The best kind of Monday? Here is hoping most or all are off today, saving the need to work until tomorrow. If you are working, that sucks and sorry to hear that

What are YOU still playing?

I'll probably spend the week playing Witcher 2 and the latest Ace Attorney and resisting the urge to preorder Horizon Zero Dawn, esp. since Torment hits the same day.

I finished my replay of The Last of Us. Still so damn good. I'll probably do the Left Behind DLC next.

Trying not to start anything too long and involved before the Switch comes out.

I've got a day off after a late night of cheap beer and awesome pro wrestling. I'm just gonna take it easy today and get some reps in For Honor.

I will not buy Horizon until I finish Tales of Berseria.

Of course, I'm going to actually need to play Tales of Berseria to complete it which has been a struggle. Ended up spending all my gaming time on Elder Scrolls Online this weekend. I've been playing it completely single player and it feels a lot like a true Elder Scrolls game, just one with a living world.

You guys and your abundant three day weekends...

Unfortunately I'm at work today. Fortunately I have plenty to keep me busy. It's going to rain most of today, in February, so that will be interesting. It's at least 40° warmer than normal for this time of year.

I noticed that last week's thread, the weekend thread, and this week's thread have the top three spots on the sidebar. Woo!

Torment comes out 3 days before Breath of the Wild and the Switch. Talk about gaming overload. I'm going to be very busy for the foreseeable future.

This week I'll be focusing most of my gaming time on Pushmo and Pokémon Moon. I didn't have as much gaming time as I'd hoped this past weekend, so I wasn't able to finish Pushmo but did make some progress. Hopefully I'll be able to wrap it up by the end of the week. I fired up Pokémon for an hour and a half or so last night before bed. I managed to evolve Sandyghast. The evolution is even more ridiculous, I love it.

A local super-indie called WrestleCircus. It was hype.

I'm off-ish. The high schools are out (so I don't teach), but the college is in (so I have class in the afternoon). Still, this is several hours of unperturbed time, and I'm okay with that.

Went to see the WWE Smackdown house show last night. Was pretty good. You can tell the guys in the ring are having a hell of a lot more fun than they are on TV. Especially the tag matches.

Worst part was I was dumb and got floor seats, and they were crowded as hell and the view was bad. Should have grabbed lower level instead.

Unless I'm in the front row (which is expensive), I stay away from floor seats at WWE shows for that reason. The only time this was not a problem was at an NXT house show, but that was in a small venue and every floor seat had a great view.

As one of your investors, you don't get days off. Back to that reviewing/podcasting/clothes line etc!

It looks like FFXV: A King's Tale will be free to download to all for Xbox One and PS4 users on March 1st.

Source

Gaming for me this week will be more Mario Kart 7 3DS and maybe some Deus Ex: MD.

Exactly. I had floor seats once and the view wasn't great but they were right at the ramp so we got to high-five the wrestlers and heckle them when they did the walk of shame after they lost.

Best seats I've had were for RAW which were the essentially floor seats but were one step up. We were super close but just elevated enough to see everything over the crowd.

That indie show looks wild, by the way! I really need to try to get out to some of the local shows near me. Santino has a gym in Mississauga where they do shows every month or two.
