Super Mario 3D Land - Loved. Got the credits to roll, having beaten every normal level with all Star Coins collected and all Gold Flag Poles obtained. Now to move on to the Special Worlds.

Finished Inside last night. Not sure what all the hub-bub is about. Solid puzzle game, with some cool visuals, but I'm not a fan of the abstract storytelling, and really wanted to see something more with the end.

Although this is coming from someone who couldn't get past the first 20 minutes of Journey (not in that I got stuck, I just didn't like it at all), so take that for what it's worth.

Final Fantasy XV - Complete, loved it. Now to decide whether or not to do post game stuff or go back to The Last Guardian......

Sunset - Liked. I enjoyed this thoughtful narrative experience. It was light on gameplay but heavy on big ideas and tough choices. I'll probably do a second playthrough to see the consequences of the alternative actions.

First finished game of the year. Hopefully many more to come. I'm sure Keck has noted that I'm already two games behind my goal.

Final Fantasy XV - Adored this game. The story is complete bonkers (and not in the usual good FF way) by the end, but they did an amazing job with the 4 friends and the hunts are just a lot of fun.

12 Labours of Hercules VI: Race for Olympus - Like the other Hercules games, this was a great palette cleanser.

I finish a game, and Spigot finishes two in the same day.

Haha, fair enough.

Maybe I'll hit my 52 game goal if I play nothing but HOGs.

Started and finished two yesterday:

Pony Island Liked. Odd game with some cleverness tossed in. Less a game than a story, IMO. Enjoyed, but very short.

Refunct Liked. Beautiful, fun, easy-paced game. Unfortunately, also very, very short. Finished the whole thing in under an hour. What seemed like the first level was the whole game.

I picked up both of these as part of the Humble Overwhelmingly Positive Bundle, and so am not too disappointed by the length, but might have been if I'd paid full price.

Its really down to the way you lije your stories be told I agree, basically its why some people dont get why people are so entralled with Dark Souls lore. Inside is easely the most memorable thing I played last year.
