I remember starting that game not knowing much about it. The game starts out with a 20-30 minute "movie" if I remember correctly. After it ends, it's some time before you go into battle.

The best part is more P3 talk to annoy Mags! Man I wish I had my PS3. I would download P3 from PSN then jabber on how much it still rocks all the while Mags is thinking is this 2009 all over again?

WHAAAAAT?!

I'm sure it's an emulator. How well do those run and do I need to do some jiggery-pokery to get my DualShock to connect to the computer or can I use my 360 pad?

what's your PC specs? I can run mostly flawlessly using an i7-860.

And using the 360 controller works fine.

360 pad works well. Performance depends on the game. Most machines made within the past 4-5 years work great for most games, but there are some exceptions. Xenosaga, for example, has a couple scenes that crawl along unless you're somewhere north of 4ghz on the CPU. Something to do with the bajillion polygons that are rendered during some cutscenes and the mech battles.

I'm sure my system can handle it (it's an i7). That being said, I do have a couple PS2s and my PS3 is BC...

I've got an i7 now, too. My old Core 2 suffocated in Xenosaga, but it was plowing through the problematic scenes last night while at double the native resolution... and I believe with AA, too. Don't quote me on that last part, though.

Just slim. My launch one had the laser go out after 4-5 years and I traded it in towards the Slim.

I should stop being so cheap and just buy one. Now that I don't have my BC PS3 I better buy one.

What kind of car? Or rather what kind of MPV/CUV/SUV/van? Just taking a shot in the dark: Mazda 5?
