The Mass Effect controversy endures, but it looks like there might be enough time before the new endings are released for hurt feelings to mend, or for sharp memories to fade. There's no forgetting the embarrassing furor, and there's likely nothing BioWare can do to mend the damage done to their image - time and the fickle memories of the internet are their best hope for that. For most of us it'll never do to dwell on an ancient, weeks-old disappointment. We want now what we've always wanted: the next great game. For as long as there's nothing else to demand my attention, I might find space in my heart for a little more hate. But I'm sure that somewhere, a few weeks from now, deep in my cups, deep in the second act of Diablo 3, or ankle-deep in Max Payne's bullet casings, I'll wonder what the hell I was so torn up about in the first place.

Anyone else have some audio issues with this one. There was some compression artifacting, reverb, and what not about 10 minutes in and it continued on for a little bit. Was there an issue with the mic or is it just a result of some noise canceling on the edit?

Not trying to give the editor some crap, I know what goes into it, just wanted to give you guys both a heads up, in case no one noticed.

Also, props man, the intro stuff is seriously wonderful to have back... I heard the first 3 notes of the max payne theme and it just about cheered me up from the shit mood I was in (yes, three notes did that).

Hey guys, sorry about the audio qual - I'm still trying to get a feel for removing all the noise from the raw feed and at the same time, not adding nasty echo or massive volume problems. Kind of deviated from my normal routine this time to maximize some time, but to no avail. Ep-6 will be symphonic!

There's no cello in the one that's in the game hehe. Just reacted to it because I've been listening to that particular song a lot recently.

I would do the intro, then main intro bumber, then the pod, not have two shows... Or just do one, then the intro/pod.

It's cool to have more, but it was a bit jarrings to hear it twice, gah... the world needs more max payne themesong!

Look at it like this Nab, the intro tune brings you into the bldg. The guys introduce the show to everyone in the lobby (especially new listeners), then another tune escorts you into the basement. You hang out with us for a couple hours, then u leave (on another note, of course).
