Fear Agent is great, great stuff. It suffered a little towards the end from a sporatic schedule, but it's a fantastic sci-fi book. But like all Rick Remender stuff, it's a bit grim and depressing. Still great though.

Icon and Rocket in the new episode of Young Justice was pretty cool. This would have been a great promotion for Static too. Although I guess it wouldn't have helped his crummy comic book not be crummy.

Now if they wanted a reboot, maybe the original costume with the coat from second, Teen Titans (comic) / "Static Shock" (tv) jacket. Basic dark blue skin suit with a lighting bolt is simple and close to what Spider-Man wears. There are several similarities there already. WB could probably make more money than they did with that Green Lantern movie

I think the costume changes were due to the fact that he looked exactly like black lightning.

Static's "Static Shock" cartoon look forward looked like Black Lighting. His original costume was fine. Maybe that was the thing. WB really wanted a Black Lighting cartoon. O_o

So I am caught up with Young Justice and I can't believe they turned Sportsmaster into a badass. SPORTSMASTER!

Also, read The Sixth Gun. It's like the book you wanted Jonah Hex to be.

Young Justice is great, as is the Avengers cartoon. I think these sorta type of cartoons have had a sort of revival over the last few years. Any I shouldn't miss?

The new Thundercats is great. The Ultimate Spider-Man is a bit different - much more focused on comedy - but also fun.
