Of note: The wall still hasn't fallen on Facebook yet. So DLC announcement could be incoming.

Personally? I'd love to have a PC version which allows you (even if you have to hack it) to have private servers. Then you CAN play with your friends (or get killed by them).

Honestly, I find GFWL clunky and unnecessary. I wonder what incentives there are for a dev to use GFWL in favor of Steam or their own digital service. I am surprised to see any new games that come with it. It just feels outdated. I have been lucky so far and have only had minor issues with it. No more than Origin really. The sad reality of modern PC gaming.

From what I understand, the advantage of it is that it's essentially the same as XBL. Thus, they can use their existing code for the 360 version, or some slightly modified form, whatever. Rather than having to write something for a completely new networking system.

I for one would say screw them, people are never satisfied. I know it's a bitch, but I'm getting kinda sick of all this self-entitlement. Don't buy it then.

It's no different than a feedback form and is quite a bit more kind to a developer to give them this feedback before resorting to starving their income through not supporting them.
