Not quite. The problem with the Vanguard is that Charge makes it impossible for someone to shadow you and provide support. That's not true with a Krogen. Anytime I spawn into a match with a Krogan Soldier/Sentinel I'll just follow them killing anything attacking them from range while I let them melee everything to death. It works incredibly well.

I was able to shadow Vanguards quite easily. Krogans can storm pretty fast. Not as fast as a Drell but I was surprised how fast they run.

Not the case if they jump from a lower level up or over pits, etc.

Vanguards are pretty ridiculous, but like others have said, don't judge the class based on what it can do in Bronze. When I'm playing in Silver and someone dies, more often than not it was a Vanguard. Great Vanguards are powerhouses, but it's very easy to get overwhelmed on Silver.

I gave my Turian Soldier the N7 sniper rifle I got, and after playing one round with it I respecced him into a sharpshooter. Man, that thing is awesome. It doesn't have the stopping power of the Widow, but it has a 3-shot clip and a super-fast reload. With Marksman and the weapon-boosting Turian racial abilities I can get three headshots in just a couple seconds.

It's also pretty accurate to fire from the hip. I love this thing.

So all my classes are level 20 now except for my Vanguard who I'm leveling up now. This class sucks I don't know how you guys succeed with them. They wilt under pressure and have no crowd control ability. If shockwave staggered enemies it would be more useful.

You should have no points in shockwave, even at level 20.

Okay the Vanguard is pretty 1337 later on. Maybe it's cause I was a level 8 lol.... Biotic Charge and Nova is a pretty cheap combo but I was rampaging like crazy last night and doubling people up in points.

Still not as fun as the Krogan Soldier though

I just promoted a few after the extra xp weekend

Still, it only takes an evening's work to get a character back to the 12-15 range so as long as they're not asking for Gold runs you should be fine.

Am I the only one who finds this multiplayer mode to be infuriating? No one uses mics. No one sticks around after they die. People leave matches at random. Half of the time there is some terrible bug that just debilitates your character in some crucial way. If you actually do get a match where things progress, you just get disconnected from the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer servers.

I don't think that I've ever had a worse multiplayer experience, to be honest. On my first day I got my readiness rating up to 100%, but it has since fallen to 93% because it's basically impossible to finish even bronze level missions.

I've been playing on 360 and not had Ny of those issues, but by all accounts the PC/PS3 are a lot less stable.
