Saints Row The Third $40 on Steam by Amazon
Amazon has Saints Row the Third for $40 Download.
You can then DL it from Amazon or just use the keys for Steam. Either way it is a Steamworks game.

It is still showing up as $40 for me. Does it show up as $40 for anybody else? I'm in the US. Not sure if it is regional.

Hunh. I also am in the US but see $49.99.
Edit: wait, on my phone I see $40, but it won't let me buy. Will try again at home later.
