Lol, on the ps forums and giantbomb.com people are all like "I work tech support and I wouldn't have helped you either!". Talking about "you catch more flies with honey" and all that bullshit. After 20 minutes on the phone/hold to repeat the entire process because you were transferred to someone who has to put me on hold for 20 more minutes.... I think I'm allowed to be a little pissed.

If you ask me, the lack of recording is all because I'm not there. I go away to Hawaii for a few weeks and the show goes on hiatus. Coincidence? Luckily for everyone I'll be back in Montgomery late tonight so we'll be able to record a new show on Monday.

I would try filing your complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Obviously talking to Sony anymore won't get you anywhere, and this will actually get you acknowledged. The BBB is a company that is recognized around the country as giving ratings to other companies based on their friendliness. Filing a complaint with the BBB will definitely get you farther than going to Sony.

For instance, i had a friend on who had to get a replacement cell phone from T-Mobile. Long story short he got 4 refurbished ones, all of which the screens broke on, and after paying for three of them he was fed up, and filed a complaint with the BBB. Two days later he received a call from the Office of the Vice President of T-Mobile, who immediately gave him a brand spanking new phone and a few months of free service.

Thats my two cents

Worth a try. Most of the big companies, specifically those that treat you like crap in their typical dealings won't give a shit though, but you might get lucky

They recorded a show on monday, when it will be released I don't know. I think they took break due outside influences like PAX East, families and holidays. Looking forward to what the guys cooked up though

Just remvoe the podcast and re-add it. It has happened on my Zune before, too.

Try going to the RSS provider (unless you do it yourself) and resync the rss with the feed provider.

We're now having other issues with getting the show up. James or Strax could possibly better explain the issue, but I know it's being looked into, I just don't know an eta on getting it resolved. Sorry about this...

Basically, what happened was that our host changed our IP. I just had to find it, and update our DNS. Of course, it took a little bit to propagate, but I imagine everyone should be squared away by now.
