CoG Feature: Scrap Metal Review [XBLA]

The XBLA block party continues with our review of Slick Entertainment's (N+) Scrap Metal, a combat racer for the Xbox Live Arcade.

In addition to jetpacks, robot butlers and hot alien women, the future we were promised by pop culture is severely lacking in commercially available vehicle mount weapons. Twitter and the iPad are all well and good, but I for one spent a chunk of my childhood designing my own personal lead-belching road monster. I'd bet the folks over at Slick Entertainment had the same dreams of vehicular mayhem, which led them to create Scrap Metal for Xbox Live Arcade. A game where your inner redneck can slap a weapon on their beater and fight for glory.
