Bad Company 2 (demo or otherwise) on 360

Hey guys - the demo is up and even with only one map there's probably enough for you to decide if you like it.

As I said in the BC1 thread, I'm not sure if I can get enough of my IRL friends to sign up - they're all either still into or burned out on MW2.

Since teamwork is so important in this game, let's get some CoG squads up and running so we can count on having actual teams - you know, medic works with sniper works with engineer, etc?

Nothing makes me crankier than playing assault and having 70% of your team be snipers, hiding at the back to bulk up their K/D ratio

Hells yeah! Not that I hate CoD. But I've always been partial to the Battlefield games - my reflexes are a little...slower...than some in the gaming world, and with a bigger variety of roles I can usually be pretty successful in the Battlefield games without necessarily racking up huge kills.

Considering that playing on 360 means I have to renew my gold account (yuck ptui), and I don't have a PC that can run this (for now), that means I'll be playing this on PS3.

(Add me, I'm new and don't have anyone on my friends list I mean shit who even plays on PS3)

I have been playing this quite a bit, absolutely love it. I will continue playing the demo until the game comes out. I may get White Knight Chronicles tomorrow so I might be playing a bit less this week, but I will try to play some every night.

Also, Jspurgeon, I didn't notice you had joined my squad tonight right away, I had my mic muted and the volume down, so if you see this sorry about that.

Last night's games have changed my outlook on this title from 'We'll See' to 'Day One Purchase.'

Having a squad that's working together and communicating makes all the difference, reminding me of the epic clan battles from Battlefield 2 back in the day. Good times, guys.

Sorry I've been ignoring invites - I was inspired to go back and (finally) beat BC1. I should finish that up tonight and then I'll be back into the BC2 demo.

I'm hoping all of you pick BC2 up at release so we can jump in together on all the new maps.
