Most of the time you just turn the Wiimote on its side and play them that way.

Kinda hard to do that with an SNES game, you'd be missing buttons.

I'd like to get one, but that would require money, something that is in short supply right now. And really, if I don't need to spend it, I'd rather not.

The Wavebird works, but SNES games generally used the B button as the primary button, and Nintendo didn't bother switching A and B when using a GameCube controller, so its awkward.

I may pick up a second Classic Controller for Super Mario Kart.

Good point. I think I've never really used my Classic Controller because I can always just fire up the Wavebird instead.
