Ever since my retail days, the very thought of going to a store on Black Friday gives me the shakes. Much less going to a store in the middle of the freaking night.

Unfortunately I have to work for "The Man" on Black Friday.

Even if I had the day off I wouldn't go anywhere near any retail establishments though. Americans are crazy about shopping.

Old Navy's been rumored to be on the chopping block in the past. Maybe this is a last ditch effort to shore up sales?

Actually from what I hear Old Navy is doing better than their corporate sibling, The Gap.

I'm sure that's true, actually. The company as a whole hasn't been doing all that well for years now.

I haven't dealt with Black Friday in a long time, but would a store like Old Navy really be all that packed at 3AM? I can barely find an open restaurant where I live after 9pm! I'm a night owl, so I may have to give this a try, although I will refer to it as a "buy Lego Rock Band, get $30 off and a free t-shirt" sale...

I'm not bringing my taser for nothing. It will be the most dangerous night of your life. I assure you. People die on Black Friday. Old Navy is the battlefield. Don't come unprepared or you might be wearing your free t-shirt to your own funeral.

Someone has survived the Black Friday shopping wars

I wonder if the offer is good through online shopping? I'll be up at 3am but not near a store. I do my shopping safely through the internet

I have played LEGO: Rock Band. It is not worth the hassle.

There's a part where you play a song so emo God starts to cry. Then a farmer rides a pig.
