I think Bioware entered that competition too with the "Bring Down the Sky" download. But I agree. If they actually had new levels to offer that would be something, but only offering a couple of characters/weapons assets is pretty lame.

I enjoyed the demo for this game but avoided picking it up after the problems people experienced at launch. If they ever drop the price to 800 pts I'll probably grab it.

Extra characters though? No thanks.

Which is $2 I could use for a tip or a parking meter. They are offering us something like five or six new pixel art assets and want to charge us for that. This type thing isn't worth more than FREE.

oh shit, your right! we should stop buying things and only use our money for tips or for parking meters! wait....if we think a parking meter did a spectacular job, should we tip it?
