I absolutely detest talking on the phone. I'm sure other people have vastly different reasons for this shared hatred, but I have bad social anxiety and it really gets set off by using the phone :/.

I just hate talking into a piece of plastic without seeing someone. I have zero social anxiety about it, it just annoys the fuck out of me. The only people I talk to with anything even remotely approaching regularity are my parents and my wife. Hell, I'll Skype before talking on the phone.

Poor Ink. I really did come in to post that interview with John Reilly. Which I hope at least he listened to.

Replied before I saw your post, Josh. Ask those of us that went to karaoke in NYC this April if I have any social anxieties.

A couple days before the movie releases and there are 9 reviews up at Rotten Tomatoes, 7 fresh, 2 rotten, for a 78% fresh rating. That's a small fraction of the reviews that will be written about the film in the next week, so that number can swing in either direction.

I dislike talking to voicemail. I have no patience for a poor connection. If someone's cellphone is garbling their voice, I hang up. None of that, 'what? Can you hear me now? Huh?' Eff that. Call me when you have a decent signal in a quiet place.

I used to talk a lot more on land lines.

Usually, I talk on the phone when I'm out and trying to coordinate something. Actually, phone becomes a tool to coordinate time/place to meet people in real life to have real conversations.
