I'm actually with Mags on this one. We had new neighbours move in some years ago, and they built a huge (I mean fucking huge) play house for their children, as far away from there house but as close to ours as possible.

The children scream in shrill high voices for hours and hours, right up until like 23.00 many nights.

Sometimes I dream about torching the playhouse with them all inside, it's the only time I imagine those shrill screams would be acceptable.
