It hasn't been mentioned here, but Valiant's Archer & Armstrong - by Van Lente and Henry - is the spiritual successor to Incredible Herc. I read the first two issues last weekend, and it's note perfect. The whole Valiant relaunch has been pretty good so far, as someone else mentioned.
