It has been considered one of the top tv episodes ever created. It got rave reviews from non-Buffy and Buffy fans at the time and I think it won some awards?

Amazing what a lack of a soundtrack can do to a show that has such an over-the-top soundtrack usually.

That Star Wars animation was impressive. Things seemed to get a little robotech-y a few times, but overall it was cool.

It's ok, Squidbot: The Movie is out soon. They're going to finish off the story.

Unfortunately they can't use the original cast because of the Fox News incident. Damn it, Fox, you're doing it again!

Squidbot is full of clever dialogue (sometimes overly so), but really nails the strong warrior woman archetype.
