They literally got pictures off the Internet, photoshopped them and used them in the game.

At least they purchased it. I'd laugh if it still had an 'iStockPhoto.com' watermark on it

I'll probably try this out at some point during a dry spell when I'm bored. I'm interested, if for no other reason than the fact that I like deep sea diving.

Yeah, a lot of people forget that there ARE other Specters out there.

Wow. $10? Seems like a lot for what will most likely be 3 hours of content at best.

If by that you mean spent 5 minutes erasing two fingers (screwing up the anatomy in the process) and drawing a couple of lines on her, sure.

Tali wasn't the only thing either, a lot of backgrounds were heavily referenced or just copied straight into the game.

I've had a lot of fun with the multi, which has been updated quite a bit over the last few months with free content and a bunch of challenges.

I just don't see me spending an extra 10 dollars for some late-game content that won't last more than a few hours...

I think the Tali thing was just a let down since they had 3 whole games building up what they might look like under the suits and then you got a rather generic photo. Alas.

EDIT: After fully waking up I regret even engaging on this issue. Discussion withdrawn. The photo doesn't bother me. If it bothers you, have fun trashing it.

Wow. I didn't realize that this kind of stuff was being dredged up as fodder for the backlash machine. Move on, people.

What next? Can we get a database going for every instance of a the Wilhelm Scream in a game? Actually, that would both be kind of awesome and actually productive.

Well, it is Savok. If he isn't grumpy about something, much like a shark who stops swimming, he'll eventually sink to the bottom of the ocean.

I'm conflicted with this, because as other have stated, with the way ME3 ended this can't have any real impact on the overall storyline, which makes it seem somewhat pointless. It's like they're trying to make it seem like an important event in the trailer, when it really can't be. On the other hand, it's more ME3 gameplay, which is not a bad thing at all.

Yeah, that is lazy, Savok. Good thing I never ended up getting her mask off... well, she did take it off, but it was kind of a final act...

It's a side mission that adds a few hours of gameplay, hopefully enjoyable ones. I don't see why it needs to have a dramatic impact on the ending of the game for it to be worth playing.

There are a lot of people, myself included, who can enjoy a bit of storytelling on its own merits. If Leviathan is interesting and exciting, if it delves a little deeper into a mystery of the ME universe, and if it's hefty enough to justify the price tag, that's enough for me, even if the only effect on the end game is a War Asset.

Ink, that's a perfectly valid perspective. I partially agree, but at the same time the events lose their weight with the way the game ended. I'm pretty sure it'll be an enjoyable experience.

I can respect people who feel that way. Just pointing out that there's probably still a big audience for more Mass Effect, no matter how the series ended. Although I'm sure Bioware and EA are going to be paying very close attention to how this sells.

I found the journey far more engaging than the eventual destination, so if this adds a few more hours worth of journey, that's fine by me.
