For fuck's sake. What a bunch of horse crap.

I dunno, maybe I come on a bit strong, but I think there's a tendency to downplay things whenever sexism comes up, and I think we should be a little more willing and able to acknowledge it and not rationalize it away. I don't think that's such a bad thing, at the end of the day. I'm not saying take up the pitchforks, I'm just saying be aware.

Taking a few to think about it, I agree that comment was a bit harsh; hopefully, the paragraph above gets my point across with less hostility. I just get a little charged on the topic, and a little quicker to condescension than I should. Things are a little different in my Twitter echo chamber, and that's easy to forget when I come back around here. I would probably be more convincing if I kept myself in check better. At least, I hope so.
