I had an allergic reaction to something, so I have a long weekend, but lots of stuff to do. Probably play some Space Marine and/or Lone Survivor.

Tonight I'll be playing another Guild Wars 2 stress test; can't wait for that game to come out in a couple of weeks! Beyond that, I'll probably play some Worms and Ticket to Ride with friends.

Today is the day Tay and Hai move out. They will have Emmy around for a week but after that they will be on their own. Scarey stuff.

I will probably try to numb my emotions with some alcohol or WoW. Both can be mind numbing enough to get me through the weekend. For now, I just have to get through this work day. Too bad I can't do that with the aid of alcohol.

Looks like Gorvi might need a new gif for his Disgaea 3 picture.

Well, my week without kids is coming to an end when grandma & grandpa bring them home tonight. Yay? I tell ya, it has been a refreshing week for my wife and I to remember how we used to spend our days pre-kids. And I got to eat an entire pig's worth of meat when we went out for dinner on Wednesday, so again, just like old times...

And just my luck, we've been volunteered to look after my brother-in-law's kids this weekend too. I'm going from no kids to extra kids this weekend... grr...

Here's what I'll be playing if I don't have an aneurysm from kid overload:

SoundShapes (Vita) - What a delightful little game. De-light-ful.

Rhythm Thief (3DS) - I'm on Chapter 5. What shenanigans will Phantom R get up to as he tries to thwart zombie Napolean Bonapart?

Persona 4: Arena (360) - I'm not 100% sure if I actually played any of this last night. I spent a chunk of time digging through the bonus features and listening to all of that great music, but the next thing I know, I was stumbling up to bed at 1am and as much as I wrack my brain, I just cannot recall actually starting the Story mode of the game. Arg. I'm looking forward to playing the game tonight though, crappy d-pad on the 360 and all.

The Witcher (PC) - I'm really digging Chapter 4. Chapter 3 dragged on a bit too long and I was sick of both Vizima and the Swamp by the time it was done, but the plot threads out in Lakeside are all really interesting. Hopefully I can get the vyodinai and humans to be friends and not totally screw everything up...

Kingdom Hearts: DDD (3DS) - I picked this up a week ago and haven't fired it up yet. I really need to. The worst thing is that I listened to the Active Time Battle podcast about this game and they spent a chunk of time chatting about TWEWY (there are cameos of TWEWY characters in KH3D) and now I just want to play more TWEWY to unlock all of the bonus lore. Alas, my copy of TWEWY is buried in the storage unit right now

Explaining to my wife what TWEWY meant when she saw me mention it on Twitter was interesting...

And I'm sure something else will come along and distract me from all of the games I want to play. I'm on call for work this weekend which could mean that I'm going to be VERY busy. Sigh.

And we're finalizing the last few pieces of paperwork on our house. Just waiting for the last bit of stuff from the bank and maybe one other thing and then we can put a bow on this whole process and be done with it!

Ah, the weekend. Not much different from the week for me, but with more people running loose in the streets... the perfect time for some eremitic gaming.

Now that it's downloaded and apparently playable, I'll probably try out Jade Empire. And only, what, seven years after I originally wanted to! Oh, and Tropico 4 went on sale, so that's probably helped decide that purchase (my occassionally cheap ass is lovin' Steam already). Assuming so, yeah, the next few days'll include a bit of that, too. Of course, I haven't forgotten about Skyrim, either; been working my way through some of those guild/brotherhood/etc. quest lines, off and on.

Yesterday was another awesome day. Like me, this girl was a much better shot with the rifle than she was with a handgun, and she actually managed to get on the target, this time. (I still have no idea what she hit, last Friday; if we'd been outside, an Olympian might've gone down.) After that - and a fair amount of begging - I took her to go see some zebra, which she got to feed as I watched her girliness reach critical mass.

Jade Empire. So excited to see if you like it.

The bolded sentence above...its so perfect and visual.

Games this weekend. Not to much. I have a management meeting on Monday that is going to be a super stresser and don't feel really like playing much.

Going to continue with Harley Quinn's Revenge in Arkham City. Otherwise, I need to sequester myself this weekend and get some serious writing done. Too hot for the beach, so why not stay inside?

This, sir, cannot be, the water always feels great. I miss the beach, I doubt I'll get back this year unless we can get someone to watch the twins.

God damnit. I'm trying to get someone in to do some repairs on my roof (lost 3 shingles in a wind storm) and it's freaking impossible.

This weekend is a nieces weekend. First, I get to cheer them on in a junior rodeo and then spend the night with them on Saturday. All day Sunday will be spent with them and my sister (an advanced EMT) as she is on-call all day. I plan on taking the PS3 so some console games will be played. I also imagine a trip to the pool is in order since both days will be hitting triple digit temps.

So tonight's gaming will be split between SWTOR and MWO.

Nice picture, Santa.

No gaming for me this weekend. Today I'm doing laundry and joining some girlfriends for a happy hour. I may have a little time to game this evening, but that will be all. A friend from out of town is crashing at my place tomorrow and Sunday, so I won't be doing any gaming while he's here. I probably won't be online much either.

I ordered a new copy of Gladius for PS2 from Amazon. I'm pleased they even had it in stock. The old copy was doing some stuttering and skipping. I'm hoping it's due to the somewhat scratched disk and not my PS2.

The gf and I are overnighting at a bed & breakfast type place. I don't know much about it, but she has a cooking class while we're there. I suppose I'll be laying around and messing with my tablet.

The beach is one of my favorite places as well. I hope I have some spending money next time I go. I want to get out on the water in something, whether it's a tour boat, jet ski, kite surfing, whatever.

Wow, Gladius. That game was awesome. I wonder if I still have my copy for the Xbox...

And Tropico 4 has been added to my weekend playlist. Officially, now.

Been a long time coming. So, if I don't... well, there'll be disappointment all around, I guess. I'll be sure to let you know if I do, though.

Gaming for this weekend? If it arrives, AssRev. Otherwise, most likely some NBA2K12. Destructo has picked up Lego Pirates of the Caribbean. She has a love affair with the Lego games, but with how short they are, she only picks them up real cheap. She's working on 100%ing this one, just as she has every other Lego game that she has.

Something from supper last night made most of the house sick. The bathroom was in high use last night, and I slept to noon and STILL was the first one up. I still don't feel that well.

I'm hoping to play something out of the board game pile tonight. Don't know, though.
