I'm really interested in Posehn's Deadpool. I'm going to check out issue 1 at least I think. I've been wanting to read Deadpool for a while, and Posehn is one of my favorite funny guys.

I suspect Rob's talking about recent writers in light of the popularity boom over the last few years and lets be honest, he's not wrong. The only writer who knows what they're doing with Deadpool these days is Remender, everything else ran the gamut from bad to face-crippling cringe (except Deadpool MAX, that was just kinda weird but worked somehow). Of course Rob wouldn't know what to do with Deadpool either so he can hardly talk.

A comedian on Deadpool.... maybe it'll be another Gerard Way and something unexpectedly special will happen.

Also glad to see Fraction on FF, as I hate both passionately.

Yeah but that doesn't translate. Still, that they have some experience makes me feel a little better. God it'd be nice if Deadpool stopped sucking.

The only thing Liefield gave us was the new Prophet. And I keep thinking I would have preferred if it wasn't tied to him at all, cause I foresee it getting fucked up in the future.
