Seriously, why does this company exist?

Amazon shipped my most recent purchase with DHL and I have to say

1- This is the first time anything from Amazon has ever taken longer than the suggested amount of time
2- Their (DHLs ) tracking is a fucking joke.

Newegg normally uses DHL. Never had a issue with them. What's surprising me is the USPS. They moving packages way faster than they ever had.

I never follow those bloody tracking things.

I actually had a delivery with UPS I think, it went from Poland, to germany, to france, to england, then dover, to london (I live there) to york, then nigh up to scotland, then back down to London.

I had to chuckle at the tracking thing everytime it updated. I think my parcel did over a thousand miles in the end.

Reminds me of when they'd change songs for high-school football hype. Worst was "I Love Rock & Roll" changed to "I love <insert school team name>"

Between Hell's Kitchen and Pawn Stars I think I've lost months of my life to long pauses that never actually happened. Pawn Stars is especially terrible since it happens on basically EVERY DEAL on the show. Hell's Kitchen is more of a once a show thing at least.

Jesus, I fucking hate Pawn Stars. I don't know if these name are entirely right, but there's Cory, the son of the main guy, then the Old Man, then a guy named Chuck or something, Cory's best friend, right?

Those are three of the most disgusting people I have ever met.

Apple Store employees.

Wow, I didn't think people so stupid could function without the aid of machinery.

This isn't a usual apple hate thing either, I had an experience recently that passes beyond the realms of common sense. It's very long winded hence I cba to write it all down.

Needless to say, I'm surprised a company can operate with levels of customer support with such high amounts of incompetance. Non-english speaking Dell support is easier to get on with.

It's not just a me issue either (it was actually my sister who was in getting her iphone fixed), I stood in the store for 45 minutes people watching, and saw several incidences of the staff there doing incredibly stupid things.

My issue with Apple store employees is more the typical anti Apple screed. Somehow combining peon with arrogant produces appalling results.

I hate going into Apple stores. Fortunately I rarely have to. Last time I was forced in was to get a wireless keyboard. If I could tune out the background noise the experience wouldn't be so awful.


Actually to be honest, its a lot like game stores. Were the sales staff are often quite arrogant about their McWage position.
