I suppose there's a possibility it would allow you to hook up external storage as well, but I wouldn't bet on it right now.

Update: Looks like someone at XDA rooted theirs and managed to mount a USB drive. It read NTFS and FAT32, but not exFAT.

Yep, mine arrives tomorrow. I'm probably going to regret getting the 8GB before long. I'm also trying to unload my old tablet. I had planned to send it to Amazon, but the stupid injunction preventing sales of the Galaxy Tab means that Amazon's product page for it is down.

Amusing quirk: Gamestop didn't have it properly in the system when I picked up my pre-order, so the price tag on the box reads $99,999.

Especially amusing since after trade-in credit I paid just over $100.
