What if the market really does crash tomorrow and I end up broke?

I'm going to fire up Dreamfall and try not to think about it.

Dreamfall seems appropriate with you worrying about a crash. There was the "collapse" in Dreamfall after all

I'm on Chapter 3 of Dreamfall now, trying to figure out how to break in to a hotel.

I keep thinking that I should have replayed The Longest Journey before diving into Dreamfall, as there are several things that remind me of the first game - things I would likely understand better if I had replayed TLJ recently.

My dog greedily growled at me as the carnitas in the microwave defrosted.

"What the hell do you want from me?" I asked. "It's in the microwave. I can't exactly give you food that is being cooked in a nuclear box!"

My wife needs to come home. I have way too many conversations with the dog. She's flying back tomorrow, fortunately, and will arrive Thursday.

Also, today is our two year anniversary! Yay!

Keep playing. I felt a little lost too but a decent review comes along soon.

I think you will like breaking into the hotel. 'nuff said.

I got into the hotel...although I will say that I hate sneaking missions. Ugh.

The story continues to get more and more interesting. I stopped to get something to eat, but hopefully I will have time to continue later.

I'll just be chipping away at a third run in Diablo 3 this week. I am drowning in work and staying late most nights; even canceling my vacation day this Thursday to keep up with work.

Now I remember why having a street rod is no longer my hobby. I hate working on cars these days. I noticed my coolant fluid in the little coolant plastic overfill box was brown. I've seen green, yellow and orange antifreeze/coolant but never brown. After giving it some thought, I'm not sure the last time the radiator has been flushed. I do know it's been over 100K miles. I decided to do it myself and now I smell and feel like the crap even though I have taken a shower and really didn't get much on me to begin with. Now I just have to pray that nothing blows up on my first call for work tomorrow that happens to be about a 250 mile round trip. Gah, I need a new job.

Oh, and I sewed a button on a shirt for the first time this evening. We'll see if it stays on a work shirt through tomorrow.

Rein was found dead in a broken down car this week. It is believed that the radiator overheated and stranded him in the middle of nowhere. Oddly enough, he was wearing a shirt with a button missing.

Played some more Aquaria. Did some map exploring, found some treasures, etc, and then I somehow got stuck in the map. As in, I jumped and it glitched and I got stuck in an area not on the map at all. Oops. Don't do that again.

Time to cook dinner.

Had my second interview today. It went 2 hours and I think I was the only one interviewed today so unless they have another candidate being interviewed later in the week, I am feeling pretty good about this. I should find out my fate by the end of the week!

Time to get back to The Witcher.

Apparently it's $1 well drinks at my favorite bar from 10pm-close tonight.

Wondering if my liver can handle another onslaught, but also if maybe I might get lucky and find another place to sleep tonight ...

The tone of your narrative sounded like a video game i've played. I want to know what happens to rein next. I mean dead really isn't dead in a video game. It is the beginning of the game

Hmm. Unchained Blades isn't up in the PSN store, at least not as viewable on the Vita. That's probably a good thing for me right now...

Took me a second to realize you were talking about a video game. Now I'm disappointed.
